Data Recovery

We may be able to recover your data if your hard disk data, becomes inaccessible due to one of the following reasons:

• Format of hard disk

• Human error.

• Deletion of data (including deletion from recycle bin).

• Virus attack

• Damaged operating system

• Damaged MFT

• Damaged partition table.

• Disk Crash / bad sectors / System does not boot etc.

Warning: If any of the above is suspected. SHUTDOWN the computer and do - not - try to recover yourself. Every time you boot or try to boot your computer more information may be overwritten and lost.

Backup Audit

A Giltam backup audit will examine your backup procedures, quality of your backup and restorability of backed up files.

Security Survey

A Giltam computer security survey will examine each computer for patch levels, Trojan horses, viruses, servers etc. We will also examine the fire wall and gateway settings. And run an audit of ports on your internet ports.

Network Survey

A Giltam Network Survey will provide relevant network topology information to you. Typically this is performed after a network technician has left your employment without leaving proper documentation regarding your set up.

Network Audit

A Giltam Network Audit is designed to complement our other network services such as firewall installation, commissioning and configuration, our audit includes the mapping of network devices, IP addressing structure, security features, Internet accessibility for browsing, e-mail, hosting solutions (web, e-mail, FTP, VPN services etc.)
